Place them in a blender and beat thoroughly.<\/li>\n<li>Sieve the dry ingredients and gently mix into the above mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Place in a preheated oven at 180\u00ba C and bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until the cakes are springy to touch. Add the oil in a trickle (little by little) and beat until it is completely incorporated into the dough. Reduce the speed and add the milk mixed with the lemon juice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Finally, incorporate the sifted dry ingredients (flour, salt, sodium bicarbonate and baking powder).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Bake, in a preheated oven at 180\u00ba C for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until the cakes are springy to touch. Cool the cake on wire racks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare the chocolate ganache with lavender essential oil<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Melt the white chocolate at 40 degrees and set aside.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Heat the cream to 40 degrees and join to the melted chocolate, which should be at the same temperature.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Finish by adding the whiskey, lavender essential oil and a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Cut the cake horizontally, fill and topping with the ganache.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Garnish with figs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
