Under Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524\/2013, S.A.V. Azeitona Verde LDA must inform consumers about the existence of the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.<\/p>\n

  1. Online Dispute Resolution
    <\/strong>\n

    If you have a complaint about a product or service purchased online, you can use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform to attempt to resolve the dispute without needing to go to court.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. Access to the ODR Platform
    <\/strong>\n

    The ODR platform is available at the following address: https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. How It Works
    <\/strong>\n

    Submitting a Complaint: You can register your complaint on the platform by filling out the online form.<\/p>\n

    Mediation: The platform will help resolve the dispute through an approved dispute resolution body that will act as a mediator between the consumer and S.A.V. Azeitona Verde LDA.<\/p>\n

    Resolution: The aim is to achieve an amicable resolution to the dispute efficiently and economically.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
