We had such a profuse harvest that whenever friends come over I try to \u201cpush\u201d some, but am not always successful to my great dismay. Persimmons are one of my favorite Autumn fruit. I have, however, noticed that few people like them, which led me to think about what to do with them for all to enjoy. After much pondering, I remembered that the most popular thing at home is fruit juice. So, I decided to experiment with the two available fruits: oranges and persimmons. The result was fantastic! Persimmons confer the juice a creamy texture while cutting the acidity of oranges and provide a very pleasant sweetness. Method<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice.<\/li>\n
  2. Peel the persimmons and place the pulp in a blender.<\/li>\n
  3. Add the orange juice and crushed ice.<\/li>\n
  4. Mix and serve immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
