Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Under Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, S.A.V. Azeitona Verde LDA must inform consumers about the existence of the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

  1. Online Dispute Resolution

    If you have a complaint about a product or service purchased online, you can use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform to attempt to resolve the dispute without needing to go to court.

  3. How It Works

    Submitting a Complaint: You can register your complaint on the platform by filling out the online form.

    Mediation: The platform will help resolve the dispute through an approved dispute resolution body that will act as a mediator between the consumer and S.A.V. Azeitona Verde LDA.

    Resolution: The aim is to achieve an amicable resolution to the dispute efficiently and economically.
