Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days, or in the case of contracts concluded outside a commercial establishment as mentioned in subparagraphs ii) and v) of paragraph i) of Article 3, within 30 calendar days, without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days, or 30 days, from the day following the day the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us – S.A.V. Sociedade Azeitona Verde, Lda., located at Quinta Azeitona Verde, Pasmal, 7330-069 Marvão, Portugal, telephone, with email address info@azeitonaverde.pt – of your decision to withdraw from this contract using a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that your communication regarding exercising the right of withdrawal is sent before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, all payments received will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will reimburse you using the same payment method used in the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs due to the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof of sending the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you inform us of your withdrawal from the contract. If you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired, you are considered to have met the deadline.
You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These costs depend on the size and weight of the products and are estimated to be equivalent to the delivery cost initially borne by the customer.
