Toca da Raposa
The bartender
Constança’s family is connected to the arts and, true to family tradition, she started off by studying design but somehow ended up in tourism.
During her hotel management course, she had the opportunity to work in places such as the Marina at Vila Moura, in the Algarve, the five-star hotel Abama in Tenerife, and at Penha Longa.
However, her artistic vein spoke louder and the need to create, to offer a personalized product of her own concoction, lead her to want to explore new areas. It was through the creation of innovative cocktails that she felt she could combine art, nature and fulfil her creativity.
Constança moved back to Lisbon in 2017 and, after a long period of learning, attending workshops with bartenders, chefs and cooks, an essential help in the use of natural and seasonal products, learning from naturalists in the research of local flora, she decided to proceed with her own project. A year later, in 2018, she opened Toca Da Raposa, right in the center of Lisbon. Toca Da Raposa is a place with a unique, relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. A perfect soundtrack plays in the background enhancing your enjoyment of the incredible creations of unexpected flavors. Everything here leads me to want to come back again and again.
Be responsible, drink in moderation.
