Totally organic orientated

We built our production unit with an ecological design in mind. It was built with over 90% recyclable or renewable materials. We used reinforced European pine instead of steel and concrete.

The building was designed to allow the entry of a great deal of natural light, making it a more pleasant place in which to work and reducing the need for artificial light. The entrance of natural light in the building was planned in such a way as to stop heat from getting in. This enables us to maintain a stable indoor temperature even on hot summer days. This makes it ideal for the preservation of olive oil.

We chose to use renewable energy in our production facilities, using the cleanest and most natural of them all, the sun.

Our olive mill is powered by green energy

We remain true to our values throughout the whole process, every step of the way, from the start to the time the olives reach the mill. To give an example, the discarded olive leaves will be used as compost helping us to improve the quality of the soil and to strengthen our plants. Olive pits will be converted to energy.

Our main objective is quality. For this reason, we ensured our Olive Mill operates under HACCP certification – a food safety standard which guarantees all quality and safety parameters are meticulously followed.
