So it was with great pride that we chose to be associated with a restaurant, an absolute debut for us!
There are several reasons for feeling happy and proud; perhaps the most important one is witnessing how our organic olive oil is being placed to good use in such creative ways.
This is the first plant-based restaurant in Lisbon that truly invests special detailed attention to the final taste, the making and presentation of the fruit and vegetables in their kitchens.
Restaurant Arkhe opens on February 5th. Well worth trying out; a great find!
