Characteristics

Origin: Parque Natural da Serra de São Mamede, Marvão | Portugal

Olive grove area: Approximately 6 hectares, of ancestral olive groves.

Varieties: Galega and Cordovil organic olives, native varieties of the Alto Alentejo region.

Harvest Process: Manual.

Manufacturing Process: Mechanical process using our own mill located at our farm.

Storage: Stainless Steel tanks

Organic Certification: PT-BIO 08

Bottling: Bottled by S.A.V. Sociedade Azeitona Verde in 250ml dark glass bottles.

Category: Organic extra virgin olive oil. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

Food Safety: Made by the HACCP System

Conservation Conditions: Bottles must be protected from air, light, heat and intense smells, the temperature between 15-18ºC.

Consumption Conditions: It can be kept for up to two years from the year of harvest.

How are the items I bought delivered?

  1. By carrier
    1. Our orders are sent through a carrier, and shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase, according to the delivery address.
    2. As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link for your order. So that everything goes smoothly, we ask that you ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the order.
  2. Pick up at our offices
    1. If you are in mainland Portugal, the option "Pick up on-site" is available. You can go to our offices in Lisbon and pick up your order without paying shipping fees. The day and time to pick up your order will later be agreed with us.

Which are the terms and conditions for your transportation?

  1. Mainland Portugal
    1. We ship from Lisbon to the whole country by a carrier. The order delivery process will start as soon as payment confirmation is received, except in case of stockout, which the customer will be informed of.
    2. Shipping costs are calculated and paid by the customer at the time of purchase according to the delivery address.
    3. Delivery must be made within 48 hours to the address indicated.
    4. As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link for your order. So that everything goes smoothly, we ask that you ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the order.
  2. Azores and Madeira
    1. We ship from Lisbon to the islands (Azores and Madeira) by the carrier. The order delivery process will start as soon as payment confirmation is received, except in the event of a stockout, which the customer will be informed of.
    2. Shipping costs are calculated and paid by the customer at the time of purchase according to the delivery address.
    3. As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link for your order. So that everything goes smoothly, we ask that you ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the order.
  3. Internationally
    1. We ship from Lisbon to the world by the carrier. The order delivery process will start as soon as payment confirmation is received, except in case of a stockout, which the customer will be informed of.
    2. Shipping costs are calculated and paid by the customer at the time of purchase according to the delivery address.
    3. Customs fees and taxes, charged by the country of destination are not covered in the cost of international shipping. We cannot provide estimates or refunds for these charges if you want any insurance or any additional shipping requirements please contact us. We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to errors in the information provided by the customer (addresses or contacts).

In which currency are your prices?

  1. All prices and charges on our site are in Euros.

How can I pay?

  1. We accept payments through PayPal, credit card and bank transfer. If you have any queries please contact us on info@azeitonaverde.pt 
  2. Orders are cancelled when receipt of payment does not occur within 3 days.

Return policy

  1. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You can contact us through the e-mail info@azeitonaverde.pt (Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, with the order number.

  2. To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. When the merchandise is received at our facilities, and after proof of its status, we will proceed with an immediate refund of its value, according to the payment method selected for the order.

  3. Returns will not be charged. However, when requesting a return, you will not be refunded the costs related to shipping your order.

  4. Do I return a product from my home?

    Yes, you can schedule the collection of the article by calling +351 919 319 751 or by email at info@azeitonaverde.pt. We ask you to, preferably, place the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging. If this is not possible, place it(s) inside a packaging that guarantees the proper protection of the products during transport.

    The packaging must be properly marked, indicating the order number and the references of the items to be returned. You can consult the product references in your order confirmation email.

    Note that only Home Delivery orders can be returned from your address, by scheduling the pick up of your purchase.

What if I receive an item damaged in transit?

  1. If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately at info@azeitonaverde.pt describing the way the product has been damaged. We can only accept claims made at the moment of delivery.
