This website provides the User with the services described on the website https://azeitonaverde.pt under the trade names “Azeitona verde”, “Adote uma oliveira biológica milenar portuguesa” , “o Castiço” (registered with the INPI under numbers 519753, no. 530768, no. 548208, no. 549255, no. 540313).

All trademarks used on this website are only for the demonstration of products commercialised by S.A.V. Sociedade Azeitona Verde Lda. Therefore, the user may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, edit, transmit, distribute or modify in any way whatsoever the trademarks presented.

You are prohibited from using this Website to post or transmit any material that is or may be infringing, threatening, false, misrepresentative, provocative, libellous, invasive of privacy, obscene, pornographic, abusive, discriminatory, illegal or any material that may constitute or encourage conduct that could be considered a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to civil liability or violate any law. Prices are duly itemised on the website. The price shown includes VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal on the day of purchase (6% or 23% under Portuguese law). To this cost must be added customs duties, if applicable. The prices shown on the website are in Euros.

The price indicated for each item does not include delivery costs. These costs will be indicated during the ordering process on the Website and vary depending on the quantity, weight, size and area or country of delivery of the order.

S.A.V. Sociedade Azeitona Verde Lda. reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time and without prior notice, and cannot assume any differences that the User may claim as a result of this change. Except for any error resulting from the entry of values on the Website, which may be detected. The sale price of a product will be the unit price indicated when the purchase is registered.

For all orders placed through the Website, the User receives a confirmation with the respective details, such as the total price of the order including the value of the shipping costs.

Orders will be processed and dispatched as soon as proof of payment is received.

The estimated delivery time for distribution is 2 working days for any order in Portugal, and can be up to a maximum of 10 working days in the event of a stock shortage.

However, the delivery time after our dispatch will depend on third parties, namely the company carrying out the delivery service, so S.A.V. Sociedade Azeitona Verde Lda. cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties.

The cost of postage is borne by the User and will be calculated according to the weight, size of the package and the area or country of delivery. This amount will be indicated in the shopping basket before final validation of the order.

All taxes and duties associated with the products and their transport are included in the final amount payable, with the exception of customs duties payable both inside and outside European Union countries.

All our products are duly packed in appropriate packaging, but we recommend that all orders are examined by the customer upon receipt.

If any irregularity or damage to the product is detected, we ask that you check that the contents are intact, and you may refuse the order if you consider that it is not in the best condition.

In the event of any anomaly with the order, we ask that at the time of delivery, you immediately take a photographic record of the order and send it to the following email address: info@azeitonaverde.pt

If any imperfection or damage to the product is detected, the User must duly justify the reason for the return and immediately notify S.A.V. Sociedade Azeitona Verde Lda. who will resolve the situation as soon as possible.

An order can be cancelled by the User, free of charge and without any justification, as long as the cancellation is made prior to payment and subsequent processing of the shipment.

Under the terms of the right of free resolution, provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the Customer has a period of 15 to 30 days from the receipt of the order to proceed with the return of the goods. However, upon return, the product must remain intact and must be in the same conditions as it was sold (including packaging that comes with the product, labels, and back labels), without signs of use, otherwise the return will not be accepted by SAV Sociedade Azeitona Verde, Lda.

If the Customer wants to return an order after receiving it, it must be carefully reassembled and sent back to the shipping address indicated in the transport notes.

The Customer must keep the order in good condition until the return is made.

The amount paid by the Customer will be returned after receiving and checking that the products are in perfect condition. If accepted, the refund of the purchase will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal.

Some of the products sold on the Website are perishable or susceptible to changes depending on handling conditions, inadequate temperature, light or humidity, so we do not accept the return of a product that has been under conditions that have deteriorated its quality.

Products can be exchanged for another item available for sale on the website, provided they are in perfect condition and the packaging has not been opened or damaged.

If the User wishes to exchange an item from their home address, they must request a return via e-mail: info@azeitonaverde.pt, stating the reason and their contact details so that we can obtain all the necessary clarifications.

The deadline for any exchange or return is 15 to 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The User has the following means of payment available: Multibanco, MB WEay PayPal and Bank Transfer

Multibanco – The user will receive an email with the payment reference. This can be made at an ATM or in your home banking, you must select “Payment for Services”, enter the entity, reference and amount. (Only available to customers of Portuguese banks. Payment service provided by IfthenPay).

MBWay – Users must enter their mobile phone number. To finalise the purchase, you must accept the order in your MB WAY mobile application.

PayPal – The Paypal system is used to receive payments made through Paypal accounts and also for payments made with VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

Bank Transfer – if you select this option, you will receive an email from info@azeitonaverde.pt with the IBAN of S.A.V. Sociedade Azeitona Verde Lda.

The order will be dispatched within 24 hours once proof of payment has been received.

S.A.V. Azeitona Verde Lda. accepts no liability whatsoever for non-payment resulting from the customer incorrectly filling in any data whatsoever.

S.A.V. Azeitona Verde Lda. will use its best endeavours to guarantee maximum confidentiality and security for data transmitted via the Internet.

The User will receive the invoice with their order, but a copy of the invoice will be sent to the User by email.

If the name or delivery address is different from the User’s name, the invoice will be sent by e-mail.

The User must enter their VAT number when placing the order, otherwise the invoice will be issued in the name of the Final Consumer.

The description, image and any other information of a product presented in the online shop may be changed without prior notice.

Product images may not fully correspond to the actual product image.
