    1. We ship from Marvão throughout the country by courier. The delivery process will begin as soon as confirmation of payment is received, except in the event of a stock shortage, of which the customer will be informed.

What are the shipping costs and additional expenses?

Return policy

  1. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 15 to 30 days of receiving it. You can contact us by e-mail at info@azeitonaverde.pt (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm), providing the order number.
  2. To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. When the goods are received at our premises, and after checking their condition, we will immediately reimburse the amount, according to the payment method selected for the order.
  3. Some of the products sold on the Website are perishable or susceptible to changes depending on handling conditions, inadequate temperature, light or humidity, so we do not accept the return of a product that has been under conditions that have deteriorated its quality.

Can I return a product from my home?

Please place the item(s) to be returned in their original packaging. If this is not possible, please place the item(s) in packaging that guarantees proper protection of the products during transport.
