How to be healthier

A new year begins and with it always comes a series of resolutions that we want to take to make our lives better.

Nowadays we have a lot of information about food, physical exercises, and healthy practices. However, each individual is unique.

We believe that to be healthy we must be happy, feel good about ourselves and not be perfect in the eyes of society. Being healthy is more than being healthy, more than having a healthy diet or exercising regularly, it means having the quality of life.

It means being happy with the work we have, loving our friends and the people around us, waking up with energy and a willingness to smile, running after our goals.

Being healthy goes beyond weight or body type, it comes from the inside. As such, we should not try to match anyone, but rather learn to like ourselves and our imperfections.

In food there should be no right, wrong, prohibited, or mandatory, but we must seek a balance that provides us with well-being. We must actually consume natural, organic, nutritious, fresh, and healthy foods, but in addition, we must take pleasure in what we eat – from time to time committing a small sin is good and should be allowed. In moderation, everything can be part of our life.

Undoubtedly, having a natural life should be a wish for all of us. So, find your balance, stay in shape, be active, eat healthy foods always accompanied by good olive oil, but especially be happy and enjoy the little things in life.
