What to eat in the fall

Not everyone is aware of the fruits and vegetables of each season and so to help in your grocery shopping, we have created a list of the Portuguese Autumn products.

It’s so sunny that it is hard to believe Autumn is here! It started on the 23rd of September and this year it ends on the 22nd of December. On our farm, it is impossible to miss the seasons changing. We see it on our vegetable garden, on the vegetation, the trees, it is quite magnificent to watch. Changing seasons means changing what we eat as well, and because we love to plant and eat what is in season, we have done our research homework. But not everyone is aware of the fruits and vegetables of each season and so to help in your grocery shopping, we have created a list of the Portuguese Autumn products. If you want to know more details, such as what are the best fruits and vegetables for each month, in our farm shop we have a lovely calendar that has all this information. We wish a lovely Autumn and happy grocery shopping.

Why should we use olive oil instead of coconut oil?
